Hengoed Happiness & Wellbeing Group
The Hengoed Happiness and Wellbeing Group was the first of its kind in Wales. The group is facilitated by Ignite but run by its members. Until the Covid-19 pandemic the group held its physical meetings at Penallta Ruby Club, but was rapidly outgrowing the venue with new members attending each month.

Currently all meetings and events are held virtually on social media and other electronic communication platforms such as Facebook and Zoom.
This group has been running for about eighteen months and there are now more than three hundred members of this group coming from across the Caerphilly county borough.
