Community Well-being, Learning & Development

Learning and accomplishment are essential to promote well-being!

We provide community learning opportunities for all ages that stimulate community empowerment through self-exploration, critical thinking and reflection. This stimulates potential personal growth and psychological resilience for  greater wellbeing. 

We ran our first Mandala Painting workshop at Cartref Community Centre, Bargoed on Saturday 22nd August 2020. We asked participants to design Mandalas that reflected their feelings about how the Covid 19 crisis had affected them. What they produced was truly amazing!

We work with the community to empower people to take responsibility for their future by building capacity for leadership and collective action through community lead projects, facilities and activities that build confidence and stimulates creativity.
